Event Description
Let’s face it, there are a lot of moving parts involved in the business side of practicing acupuncture and herbal medicine. It can be overwhelming!
Whether you are just graduating with your Acupuncture or Herbal Medicine license, a sole proprietor, or you are an experienced practitioner running a large multi-practitioner clinic, let us help you streamline your practice and have all the pieces in place to run a smooth and successful business by attending a convenient, safe and fun Virtual Expo!
This expo will feature Electronic Health Record software (patient charting, billing, and practice management). We will also have Practice Management Tools, Related Services & Medical Supply Vendors – Including wearable devices, PEMF mats, credit card readers, acupuncture and herbal medicine supplies, and much more!
Visit virtual vendor booths, attend virtual educational sessions, and network with fellow attendees in a fun interactive virtual lounge from the comfort of your home! Earn points for exploring the virtual expo spaces and viewing different booths for a chance to win prizes! This won’t be like just any old virtual event on Zoom… with this experience, you’ll get all the fun, education, and networking ability of an in-person expo, without the hassle, expense, and health risks of travelling & attending a large gathering during a pandemic!
This won’t feel like any other virtual event you’ve been to!
When you enter the event, you’ll be in the Virtual Lobby. From there you can watch our welcome video, then you can visit the virtual Exhibition Hall to check out the Vendor booths, go to the Auditorium to watch talks, or check out the Lounge to mingle and network with company representatives and fellow attendees! Have questions or need help? Visit the Info Desk! (Live technical support chat will also be available)
Play the Leaderboard Game and collect points for visiting different virtual rooms or booths for a chance to win prizes!
At the virtual booths you can easily chat with company representatives, collect virtual swag, watch informational videos, even schedule a meeting with a representative, audio/video call in real time!
The Auditorium is where you will watch our live and planned talks! We are planning on having speakers on telehealth, hiring office help and more!
As with an in-person Expo, sometimes you want a break from taking in information to just chat with colleagues and vendors in a more relaxed environment!
About vFairs Collaboration: We are using the vFairs platform for this expo. Attendees will register as usual on the MAS website, and some time prior to the EXPO you will receive an email to create a login for vFairs (if you don’t already have one). You will receive reminder emails, and when it is time for the expo you will access it via your vFairs account! MAS members will receive discounted pricing for the expo.

Full MAS Live Webinar Recording & NCCAOM PDA Policy
Recording:
All registrants of a live event are eligible to view the recording of that live event at no additional cost when it is available. Recordings are usually available within 1-2 weeks after a live event.
NCCAOM PDA:
If you attend the live event for the duration of the event, you will automatically receive your PDA certificate via email usually within 1-3 weeks of the live event.
If you registered for the live event, but did not attend the live event, or only attended a portion of the entire live event, you will NOT be eligible to receive live event PDA. However, you will be eligible to receive Distance Learning PDA if you view an event recording, take the Distance Learning exam, and complete the NCCAOM worksheet. There is no additional cost to take the Distance Learning exam if you registered for the live event but are ineligible for the Live PDA (either because you missed the entire live event or you missed portions of the live event). If you are only eligible for the Distance Learning PDA, we will notify you by email following the live event. Please allow 2-4 weeks for the Distance Learning course to be available following a live event.

A standard price is used for the EXPO, with discount coupons for MAS members and affiliates. When you have logged into the MAS website, the coupon code will appear on the page below the cancellation policy. Enter the coupon into the discount box in the registration section below to see the discount.

- Non-member Subscriber price: $ 125 – early bird discount price $100 (pay before 5-8-22)
- MAS Member/MUIH Affiliate/ASA state member: $62.50 – early bird discount price $50
- MAS Student Member: $ 31.25 – early bird discount price $25

Cancel by April 30th 2022 – 75% refund
Cancel after April 30th 2022 – no refund
If you are not a member of the Maryland Acupuncture Society you are not eligible for any membership discount code and will not see one on the page above after you log in. However, if you are a licensed acupuncturist, you may join the MAS by using the sign up now button below, then come back to the event page to see your discount code. This form will create a standard professional membership for Maryland licensed acupuncturists, if you would like a different level, you can select the change link on the membership form. Everyone has to log into the MAS website to register for the event.
